Determination and the belief that all students can learn are the forces that drive my commitment to public education. I began my career in 1997, I have served in various capacities, but none compared to being a classroom teacher. As a consultant for the past seven years, I am met with the same joy teaching provided. I named my company Climbing Higher Heights because it motivates me to never let obstacles discourage me, and to always be a beacon of hope to all I encounter. Climbing Higher Heights represents all who stopped standing in the “gaps” and began work to eradicate the “gaps” that exist in our schools. I am committed to working diligently to promote progressive change in order to create avenues, which insure that teaching and learning occur daily. As a consultant, I have met or superseded the district’s goals in my services to school districts and presently service 14 school districts. Maximizing potential and propelling academic growth are my daily goals. I believe education makes the impossible, Possible!
